Web Hosting Refund and Fee Adjustment Policy

Netlogistiks, referred to as "Netlogistiks" or "netlogistiks.com" will refund web hosting fees only when documented service problems occur at our fault within entities under our control. Service outages or degradation that result from events such as denial of service attacks, hacking, client error, undeterminable failures, natural disasters, war / civil unrest, or regional network failure will not be considered for refund or fee adjustment. 

Netlogistiks will provide a refund of the web hosting fee only for current month of hosting affected by prolonged anomalies not listed above. A refund or fee adjustment will not be considered retroactive to any unit of time greater than a calendar month. It is the client's responsibility to report anomalies or failures that occur within any given month. Failure to do so will constitute in no refund or fee adjustment being issued.  At our discretion, a fee adjustment may be issued to a client if we determine that they are not eligible for a refund. All refunds and fee adjustments will be disseminated by either company check or free future services of our determination.
